Everyone who holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License must complete 45 hours of post-license education within their initial license period (the first 18-24 months after initial license issue). Post-license education courses are designed to be training orientated for the development of skills necessary for licensees to operate effectively. Failure to timely complete the post-license education requirement will result in the Sales Associate’s license being declared null and void.  NO REFUNDS AFTER 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
