Sales Associate Post-License

We Offer Two Types of Post-License Programs:

45 Hour In-Person Class:

Kiefer Seminars is pleased to offer 45 hour sales associate post-license education. Everyone who holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License must complete 45 hours of post-license education within their initial license period (the first 18-24 months after initial license issue). Post-license education courses are designed to be training orientated for the development of skills necessary for licensees to operate effectively. Failure to timely complete the post-license education requirement will result in the Sales Associate’s license being declared null and void.

ONLINE COURSE:

Kiefer Seminars is pleased to offer the 45 hour sales associate post-license online course. This course offers the option of purchasing a course textbook for supplemental reading. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU CONSIDER BUYING THE TEXTBOOK IN ADDITION TO THE ONLINE COURSE. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 850-542-0800.

PASSWORD ACCESS IS VALID FOR 6 MONTHS. 90 day extensions cost $50.00.

Once you register, you will be provided with a user name and password by email for online access.

All course work should be completed at least one week prior to your license expiration date. All post license reporting to the DBPR is done electronically by the school and must be done prior to your license expiration date. Completing the course during the last week of your renewal cycle does not allow for various issues (technical or other) that could prevent you from renewing your license. The DBPR does not grant extensions for failing to successfully complete the course prior to your license expiration date.
