4 Day Live Class The live Sales Associate Pre-License Class is our most popular program. This class combines 4 days of live classroom instruction supplemented with online materials, quizzes and tests (together they satisfy the 63-hour state requirement). Our printed textbook, online practice tests (600 sample questions), and CRAM SLAM video review recordings are included with your registration. Broker Pre License Course (Attend Live Classin person or Zoom)

The live Broker Pre-License Class is our most popular Broker program, combining live classroom instruction with online quizzes and tests (which satisfies the 72-hour state requirement). Our CRAM SLAM video review is also included at no additional charge. The Broker Pre-License course covers the practice of real estate, including property rights, title concepts, taxes, liens, contracts, mortgages, planning and zoning, appraising, investments, agency and license law, all designed to fully prepare our students for the broker state exam.
